1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another once it has shipped with tracking details.
2. Delivery Timelines
Domestic orders (within India) are generally delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary for remote areas or during periods of high demand.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow its progress until delivery.
5. Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to courier network issues, weather, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can resolve the issue promptly.
